I’m Iain, and I’m one of three local Councillors for Walkden South ward. I grew up and live in Walkden and I’ve represented local people on the Council since June 2004.

  • I’ve been a member of the Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Authority since June 2008, and I currently serve as Chairman of the Human Resources Committee.
  • I’m a member of the Sustainable Regeneration Scrutiny Committee, having served on Children’s Services Scrutiny Committee from 2004 until 2009.
  • I’m Salford’s Shadow Cabinet member for Planning.
